By accessing or using the Check My LIFE Score assessment tool and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Check My LIFE Score provides an educational financial protection assessment tool that generates a score based on your self-reported responses. The LIFE Score evaluates four pillars: Living Protection, Income Continuity, Financial Security, and Estate Transfer. Our services are intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or tax advice.

Educational Purpose Disclaimer

The information provided through our website, assessment tool, and related services is for general educational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

Your LIFE Score is based solely on self-reported responses and general financial protection benchmarks. It is not a guarantee of coverage adequacy, and results may differ significantly from what a licensed professional would recommend based on a full review of your financial situation.

You should consult with qualified financial advisors, attorneys, or tax professionals before making any financial decisions. Corvinate Life is not responsible for any actions taken based on assessment results.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Corvinate LIFE and its affiliated agents are licensed to sell insurance and financial products. Recommendations generated by the LIFE Score assessment may financially benefit Corvinate LIFE and its affiliated agents when users purchase insurance or financial products through our advisors. This creates a conflict of interest that you should consider when evaluating any recommendations provided.

No Warranty

All scores, ratings, recommendations, and educational content are presented “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the assessment results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances. Individual situations vary, and results are for illustrative purposes only.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the assessment
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Acknowledge that assessment results are educational and not personalized financial advice

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the LIFE Score methodology, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Corvinate Life or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. LIFE Score™ is a trademark of Corvinate Life. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvinate Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or reliance on assessment results.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corvinate Life and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the LIFE Score assessment tool shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Corvinate Life.

Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies. This arbitration agreement does not preclude you from filing complaints with federal, state, or local agencies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
